Returning for Warranty or Service

Before returning your unit for warranty or service, please call in to speak with a customer service representative at 1 (888) 731-6688. Prior to calling in, please have the following information readily available:

• Model number
• Serial number (for electronics)
• Invoice /PO number

Customers will be asked to schedule a short troubleshooting session via telephone with one of our friendly technicians to diagnose, assess, and resolve any technical questions or issues.  Our priority is to provide immediate assistance to help the customer get up and running.  If the issue cannot be resolved via telephone, the unit may need to be returned for service. All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization).
