Absolute Satisfaction Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Paragon product, you may return it within thirty (30) days from invoice date for a full refund (excluding shipping charges on the original order). Customized upholstered tables, chairs, accessories, and parts are non-refundable. Standard inventoried product, may be returned within thirty (30) days for a refund on the subtotal (excluding shipping and handling charges on the original order) less a 20% restocking fee. Please contact the Garfield - Factory Service Center first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number at (888) 731-6688.

The returned product must be in unused, like-new condition and must be in its original shipping carton and packaging. Returns without an approved RMA will not be accepted.  Customers will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Products kept after thirty (30) days are not eligible for return and thus non-refundable. Customized products are final sale and not eligible for return and thus non-refundable.  Parts & accessories are final sale and not eligible for return and thus non-refundable.

Since 1958, Garfield has been leading the industry with unmatched aftersale service.  We see our products as an extension of ourselves, thus we take pride in our craft and we are proud to be invited to your business.  And when you do need assistance, we will be there for you - even after the warranty expires.  Before returning your unit for warranty or service, please contact the Garfield - Factory Service Center at (888) 731-6688 to speak with a customer service representative to setup a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

A product under warranty that is received with an authorized RMA, will have a replacement sent as soon as the defective product is received and confirmed defective by the Garfield - Factory Service Center (FSC). In the event that the product is returned and tested to show there is no defect, Garfield - FSC will ship the original product back to the customer, at the customer’s expense. Customer is responsible for shipping the product(s) back to the factory (at customer’s expense) for any warranty claim. Garfield - FSC will return the warranted product, shipping prepaid, to customers in the continental U.S. only. International customers as well as domestic customers outside of the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges (inbound and outbound), as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
